It can occur when X-ray exposure within 10 seconds 

Or when turning the power on or off within 10 seconds "CLT cooling time will be applied" 

1. Verify the unit is plugged directly to an outlet and not a switch or extender. 

2. Turn Unit Off and Turn ON after 20 seconds if the error continues  , Call Support for assistance. 

3. if Error continues after Turning off the unit call support for assistance.
