2. Clear Dicom error and Re-send Image
Select Red Arrow
Select AbortALL
3. resend image
if error continues go to Step 4.
4. Verify the Dicom destination is correct.
5. Select Setting-PACS-PACSServer-Echo
If you get an echo error means an issue with PACS company ( Please Contact PACS company)
If PACS company is JPI- Please contact JPI Support
If no error on Echo . Please contact JPI Support
